Internships

Each summer, MDSGC runs a number of internships with our member institutions. Upcoming internships will be listed among our opportunities. Current MDSGC programs are:

• The Summer Exchange
• Hagerstown Community College Bridge
• NASA Centers

NASA requires internships to meet three criteria:

1. Minimum of 400 contact hours;
2. Activities are designed and directed by the mentor;
3. Assignments and deliverables are degree-relevant and beneficial to the mentor in furthering research goals.

MDSGC welcomes proposals to support additional interns.

The Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (APL) runs a large summer internship program; visit their employment page for details.
