2025-2026 MDSGC Scholarship Application

The regular application period for 2025-2026 scholarships closed on Wednesday, May 14. Students may still submit off-cycle applications for consideration if funding becomes available.

Applicants are required to acknowledge their familiarity with these requirements before submitting an application. The application requires the name and contact information of someone who can serve as a reference, but recommendation letters are only solicited if required by the student’s institution.

Please note: some students have reported difficulty accessing the application form, which should appear below. This seems to result from an issue with network settings. If the form is not loading, we recommend trying from a different wifi network or from a smartphone with wifi switched off.
